Waykana’s Guayusa Smoothie Bowl
Bowls have been used for millennia to enjoy cuisines, delicacies and quick munchies for generations. This Waykana guayusa bowl can be made in less than 8 minutes and enjoyed at home or on the go.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk, or milk substitute
- 1 cup frozen banana
- 1 cup diced frozen fruit mix (pineapple, kiwi, mango)
- 1½ teaspoons of Waykana Guayusa powder
- 1 cup of fresh washed spinach (optional)
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
- Any of your favorite toppings including berries, kiwi, pineapple and peaches.
- Nuts like almonds, cashews, walnuts or pistachios or nut butters.
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- Blend your plant milk with fruits, Waykana guayusa powder, maple syrup and spinach into a blender until smooth. Make sure it has an evenly thick consistency.
- Pour into a bowl and top with chia seeds, nuts, fruits and all your toppings.

Ingredients
Dry
- 1 tbsp Waykana Guayusa powder
- ½ cup oats
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Wet
- 1 egg white
- ½ banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup plant milk
Instructions

-Combine all ingredients in a blender, leaving baking powder for last. If you feel like the mix is a bit dry, add 2 extra tablespoons of plant milk.
- -Stir in baking powder to your mix after obtaining the desired consistency.
- -Cook on a greased pan with low-to medium heat, or go for a waffle maker. The goal here is to keep them green!
