RETURN POLICY

At WAYKANA GUAYUSA STORE we sell perishable goods (such as food, or plant-based product). For this reason, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

REFUND POLICY

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email: shop@waykana.com

A member of our team will evaluate your case and request evidence (best way will be pictures) of the damages or issues you declare. This process basically is to provide feedback so we can refer to our shipping and production partners and put efforts into having no issues in the future. We are grateful for your cooperation.

 

Refunds and Product Replacement

We will evaluate your case and if the damage or issue declared shows that the product can not be consumed or used by the customer, we will notify you offering the option of a refund or to replace the product by shipping to your address new product. 

If you select Refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you select Product Replacement, we will ship to the same address of the order the same units you purchased.
